To enhance flora and fauna habitats, Ladera del Mar has incorporated ecological easements and dedicated large areas within the community as nature preserves, nature trails, and interconnecting wildlife corridors.


Central to Ladera's reforestation program is its onsite nursery responsible for the propagation of indigenous trees and plant life. The result will be the planting of more than 10,000 additional trees, seedlings, and assorted plant life within the community.


Conservation and continuing education for its residents and guests will insure Ladera's future for those who follow.
